Gary’s message says: “Gariwald’s notes show he was working on some sort of ectoplasmic transmutation process, similar to my Monster Maker. Such experiments would have left evidence. Go to the Forest, where his mansion was, and see if you pick up any unusual signals.”
As stated, Club Penguin’s field ops 103 is located at the Forest. Log on to Club Penguin, open your map, head over to the Forest  and keep reading this Club Penguin cheats guide. There is an exact position your Penguin needs to be standing in in order to engage into Field Ops 103. Stand in the exact same location as the picture below at the Forest and then your spy phone will ring and flash green. Once your spy phone rings and flashes green, press your spy phone and click the “engage” button to start Club Penguin Field Ops 103.

Stand at that location. Once you are standing at that exact location at the Stadium, your spy phone will now ring and flash green. Once your spy phone rings and flashes green, press your spy phone and click the “engage” button to start Club Penguin Field Ops 103. This week’s Club Penguin field ops mission is to crack the lock.
