Only Club Penguin mascots can send out messages and not only you but every single penguin on Club Penguin can read it! Rookie, a Club Penguin mascot, has sent us a new message.

Hey everyone! I’m helping to set up the Fair this week, so I might be a bit busy. If there are any emergencies or disasters, please leave a message!
