Trainman1405 (the most knowledgeable penguin on Earth) has yet again found another exclusive regarding Club Penguin mascots. Two new mascot ID’s have been added to Club Penguin’s files; named ‘Rocky’ and ‘CeCe’. Here’s picture proof from Club Penguin’s files (taken by Trainman1405)

Apparently Rocky and CeCe are from a Disney (surprise, surprise) TV show called ‘Shake It Up’. Now I know NOTHING about that since I don’t watch Disney.. Nor do I actually have it. ;P. Wow, another Disney promotion. Seriously? Come on.
